Billy James Railback, July 11, 1943 — January 13, 2019

Billy James Railback was born July 11th 1943 to Willie D. Railback and Margie Cannon Railback. Billy was the second of 12 children. He attended and graduated from Dunjee High School in Spencer, Oklahoma in 1963.

In 1965 Billy married Mae Hellen Smith. In 1968, they welcomed their first daughter Lesia Railback. Later in 1969 they welcomed their second child Sheila Railback.

Billy later went on to marry Josephine Horton in 2005, with whom they spent 40 years together. Billy was a loving and caring husband, father, son, brother, and friend to his wife, parents, children, siblings, family, and friends. Billy enjoyed fishing, playing dominoes, playing chess and checkers, working on cars, and talking noise.

Billy departed this life January 13th 2019. he is preceded in death by his death by his parents Willie D. Railback and Margie Cannon Railback, two sisters, Sandra “Lee Lee” Railback and Francis “Sister” Railback, and one brother Namon Railback. .

Billy leaves to cherish his wife Josephine Railback, two daguhters Lesia Railback-Nelson (Robert) and Sheila Railback (Tatiana) all who live in Oklahoma City. Billy also leaves behind 8 step-children, Brenda Sellers, Wanda Franklin, Pauline Sellers, Lillian Wells, Leona Vanlear, Stephanie Horton, Kenneth Wisham, Linda Robinson, 5 sisters Willimae Parks, Helen Railback, Ella “Cookie” Johnson, Patoria “Pat” Littleton, Creatha “KayKay” Railback, and Joyce “Jodie” Railback, 4 brothers Raymond Railback, Terrel “Terry” Railaback, Leonard “Mickey” Railback and Lawance “Donnie” Railback. ,a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren and nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
