Billy’s Obituary Billy Joe McClure, 73, of Madison Heights, passed away on Wednesday, March 20, 2019. He was the loving husband of JoAnn Davis McClure. Born on May 15, 1945 in Chilhowie, he was the son of the late Billy Jackson McClure and the late Margaret Hubble McClure.

Billy worked as a Structural Engineer with the Commonwealth of Virginia. He enjoyed NASCAR racing, sports, college basketball, and fishing. He was a member of Randolph Memorial Baptist Church and loved to sing.

Billy is survived by wife, JoAnn McClure; son, Christopher McClure and wife Wendy; six grandchildren; one great grandchild; one brother, Max McClure and wife Teresa; and numerous friends. A funeral service will be held at 10:30 am on Monday, March 25, 2019 at Randolph Memorial Baptist Church, with Rev. Derik Hamby officiating.

Interment will follow at Meade Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service starting at 9:30 am. For those wishing to make memorial contributions, the family would like you to consider Randolph Memorial Baptist Church, Building Fund, 4246 S. Amherst Highway, Madison Heights, Virginia 24572.
