Curmet French’s Obituary MARION, VA Curmet French Houck age 65, passed away on Tuesday May 28, 2019. Curmet was born on November 8, 1953 to the late Shuler and Fannie Houck. He is also preceded in death by a step son Billy Jones; and siblings Richard Parsons, June McVee, and Carolyn Castillo.

He is survived by his loving companion of 28 years Nancy Ann Smith; son Bryan Houck & Tracy; step children Shawn Smith & Elizabeth, Lee Smith & Samantha; and Lucy Michelle Smith & Marco; grandchildren Billie Jean Houck, Brittany Overbay, Ashlee Smith, Michael Smith, Lacey Lowe, Lori Clarke, Little Lee Smith, and Abigail; great grandchildren Grayson Smith, Austin Tapp, Kaleb Tapp, & Carly Clarke; nephews Anthony Castillo and Lee Woody; special niece Patricia Fields & Richard; and special friend Tommy Jackson. Funeral services will be held at 2:00PM on Friday May 31, 2019 from the Bradley’s Funeral Home Chapel in Marion with Pastor Mack Blevins officiating. Interment will follow in the Round Hill Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 1:00-2:00PM on Friday at the funeral chapel. Expressions of sympathy may be sent to the family at www. bradleysfh.com.
