Lois Reed’s Obituary Marion, VA Lois Reed Russell, age 71, passed away peacefully to be with her Lord Sunday, May 26, 2019 at Francis Marion Manor. She was preceded in death by her husband, Don Russell; and daughter Tina Russell. A devoted wife, mother, granny, and mamaw, and a lifelong member of Lowman Valley Church, she always cared and provided for those around her.

She loved her family and praised her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ for the many blessings in her life. Survivors include two sons Tom Russell, wife Tina, of Blacksburg, VA; and Brian Russell, wife Jennifer, of Pawleys Island, SC; four grandchildren, Aaliyah, Jaxon, Ethan, and McKenna Russell; several nieces and nephews; close family friends; and special friend, Janie Finley. The family would like to give a special thanks to all of the staff on the second floor of Francis Marion Manor, and Wythe Hospice of Southwest Virginia.

Angels walk among us. Private graveside funeral services will be held at the Lowman Valley Church Cemetery in Marion. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Loman Valley Church Building Fund, c/o Susan Hopkins, 254 Cornett Rd, Marion, VA, 24354.
