Obituary for Bobbie Lucille Moses Bobbie Lucille (Fowler) Moses, 74 of Muskogee, Oklahoma was born October 22, 1943 to Robert Horus Fowler and Violet Lucille (Kenoyer) Fowler in Russell, Kansas and passed away Thursday, October 18, 2018 in Muskogee with her sister by her side. Bobbie loved to crochet, everything to do with pottery, plastic canvas and other crafts. She was also an accomplished seamstress.

She made many of her own and her children’s clothes for many years. She loved to write poetry and enjoyed publishing the newsletter for Honor Heights Towers residents until she moved. She was preceded in death by her husband; Burt Moses; her children; son, Eric (Ric) Cowart and, daughter, Sheila Fay Slater.

Bobbie is survived by her daughter; Kimberly Dawn Moore; son, Phillip Wayne Cowart, Jr; seven grandchildren; two great grandchildren; sister, Dolores Thomas, a very special neighbor Wilma Moody and many friends. A Celebration of Bobbie’s life will be held at 2:00PM Tuesday, October 23, 2018 at Fort Gibson National Cemetery Pavilion with Pastor Don Blankenship officiating. The family of Bobbie Lucille Moses has entrusted her services and burial to Clifford D Garrett Family Funeral Home, Fort Gibson, OK.
