Brian A. Dockery, 35, of Newton Falls, died in an auto accident on Wednesday, October 31, 2018. He was born on February 3, 1983 in Painesville, Ohio, the son of Floyd and Monica Bradley Dockery. Brian was a 2002 graduate of Newton Falls High School.

He was employed as a mechanic at Zip Lube in Newton Falls for 15 years. In his spare time he enjoyed kayaking, camping and being outdoors. Brian was known for his zest for life and booming laughter.

Cherished memories of Brian will be carried on by his parents of Ladson, SC, grandmother Myra Dockery of Summerville, SC, companion Vanessa Triplett of Newton Falls, brother Kevin Dockery of Telluride, Colorado, and sisters Sarah (Eric) Varner of Summerville, SC, and Colleen (Babak) Dockery-Alami of Tuebingen, Germany. A celebration of Brian’s life will be held at Roby Lee’s on Thursday, November 8, from 4 – 8 PM. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Bernard P. Borowski Memorial Home.
