Obituary for Bruce S. Firestine Bruce S. Firestine, 75, of Lebanon, passed away on Monday, October 15, 2018, at the WellSpan Good Samaritan Hospital. He was the husband of Remonica J. Kreiser Firestine. On October 12th, they celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary.

Born in Lebanon on November 14, 1942, he was the son of the late Daniel and Martha Reist Firestine. Following high school, he served in the U.S. Air Force. Bruce had worked for Raybestos in Manheim for 25 years, and then he retired from the Lebanon VA Medical Center where he had worked as a CNA for 16 years.

He attended the Waterworks United Methodist Church. He was a member of the VFW Post #945 and a 40-year member of the Hershey Roamers Camping Club, where he had served as a past president. Bruce especially enjoyed playing pinochle.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his daughters Kelly S. Kline of Lebanon and Kathy M. Firestine of Pittsburgh; brother Jim Firestine of Lebanon; and sisters Mary Shultz of Lebanon, Kay Firestine of WA and Beth Leffler of Newmanstown. He was preceded in death by brothers David Hammer and Bill Firestine and a sister Barbara Hoffer. Funeral services will be held on Monday, October 22, 2018, at 10:15 a.m., at the Kreamer & Lum Funeral Home & Crematory, Rt.

& 72 & Camp Meeting Rd. , Jonestown. A viewing will be held on Sunday, from 5:00-7:00 pm at the funeral home and from 9:30 a.m. until the start of the service on Monday.

Interment will follow at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 897, Hershey, PA 17033. To send flowers or a memorial gift to the family of Bruce S. Firestine please visit our Sympathy Store.
