Carlos Santiago (Bautista) of Bartow, Florida passed away Wednesday, January 23, 2019 at Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa. He was 51. A native of San Juan, Mixtepec Juxtlahuaca Oaxaca Mexico, Carlos moved here in 1992 from California.

He was a Landscaper and Irrigation specialist at LEGOLAND, and was a member of Santidad A Jehovah in Wahneta. Carlos is survived by his loving wife Esperanza Santiago; his sons: Israel and Hector Santiago; his daughters: Karen and Emily Santiago; his father Fidel Santiago Rojas; his brothers: Ignacio and Augustine Santiago; and his sisters: Araceli, Justina, Thelma, Christina, and Josepfa Santiago. Visitation will be Friday, January 25, 2019 from 5 to 8 PM at Oak Ridge Funeral Care in Winter Haven.
