Obituary for William Milan Borah William Milan “Bill” Borah of Winter Haven, Florida passed away Monday, January 7, 2019. He was 87. A native of Schenectady, New York, born January 20, 1931 to Milan and Valerie Borah, Bill moved here 47 years ago from New York.

He was a retired LPN, a US Navy veteran serving in the Korean War, and he was a member of the Living Church of God in Plant City. Bill was preceded in death by his wife Adrienne Borah. He is survived by his daughters Deborah Chapman of Lewisburg, TN, and Michelle McDermott of Lakeland, FL.
