Carmen’s Obituary Carmen P. Trivino, of Perkasie, PA, passed away Saturday, January 26, 2019, at Doylestown Hospital, Doylestown Twp. , PA. She was 82.

She was the wife of 54 years of the late Louis “Luis” A. Trivino until his passing on June 16, 2011. Born in Cabo Rojo, Puerto Rico, she was the daughter of the late Ruperto and Maria (Ramirez) Linares. A homemaker, she also had worked a number of years for the former Jamesway Department Store, Souderton, PA.

Mrs. Trivino was a member of First Baptist Church of Perkasie, PA. An avid baseball fan, she was especially fond of watching her grandson pitch for the Oakland A’s Baseball Team. She also volunteered with the Lehigh Valley IronPigs Baseball Team, rolling give-away t-shirts that were shot from the air cannons to the fans in the stands in between innings.

Mrs. Trivino volunteered with the “Cops and Kids Literacy Program” in Bethlehem for many years. She enjoyed watching mystery movies, and she was dedicated to reading the Bible. Her greatest pleasure in life was in her role as “Grandmother” and “Great-Grandmother”.

She is survived by three children, Louis A. Trivino, Jr. and his wife Dianne, of Green Lane, PA, Maria E. Deose and her husband Todd Sr., of Perkasie, PA, and Michael Trivino and his wife Sandra, of Souderton, PA; nine grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and a brother Louis Linares, of New Port Richey, FL. Her Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, January 31, 2019, at the Bernard Suess Funeral Home, 606 Arch Street, Perkasie, where family and friends may call from 9:30 to 11:00 AM. Interment will follow in Perkasie Mennonite Cemetery, Hilltown, PA.
