Carol A. Dalrymple, age 62, of Holmesville, Ohio went home to be with the Lord, Wednesday morning, July 18, 2018 at her home following a period of declining health. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at the Holmesville Church of Christ with Pastor Gene Lilly officiating. Burial will take place at Prairie Township Cemetery, Holmesville, Ohio.

Family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Holmesville Church of Christ, P.O. Box 146, Holmesville, Ohio 44633 or to LifeCare Hospice, 1900 Akron Road, Wooster, Ohio 44691. Carol was born June 11, 1956 in Millersburg, Ohio and was the daughter of David M. and Alice L. (Menges) Hershberger. On May 7, 1976 she married Dean Dalrymple and he survives.

Carol was a member of the Holmesville Church of Christ. She enjoyed gardening, working in her flower beds and she loved camping. Surviving in addition to her husband are two children, daughter, Tara Dalrymple of Holmesville, Ohio and son, Nicholas (Carla) Dalrymple of Akron, Ohio; a granddaughter, Alice Dalrymple; a sister, Judy Huff of Beach City, Ohio; a brother, Todd Hershberger of Brewster, Ohio; a sister-in-law, Dena Hershberger of Beach City, Ohio; two nephews; and a niece.

She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, David E. Hershberger and Steve Hershberger.
