FARHAT—Mrs. Carol Joann Farhat, age 64 of Jacksonville, FL passed away November 12, 2018. Carol was born August 4, 1954 in Highland Park, MI, the daughter of Joe B. Shadrick and Wavie Arlene Brown Shadrick. A Mass of Christian Burial in celebration of her life will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday November 17, 2018 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 5752 Blanding Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32244.

Carol will be laid to rest in the Garden of Everlasting Life at Jacksonville Memory Gardens. Family members and friends will gather from 5-7 PM on Friday evening at Jacksonville Memory Gardens Funeral Home, 111 Blanding Blvd. , Orange Park, FL.
