Mr. Marvin Rutledge. , age 80 of Orange Park, FL passed away November 6, 2018. Marvin was born in Meridian, Ms. on February 8, 1938.

He was married to his loving wife of 56 years, Nancy Parker Rutledge. Together they had 2 sons, Kenneth Rutledge (Nanci), Darryl Rutledge (Tammi). Marvin served his country in the United States Air Force, serving from August 21, 1956 to August 20, 1962.

He was a truck driver, retired from the Teamsters Union following over 30 years of dedicated service. He is remembered for his love of fishing, the dedication to his family, and how he enjoyed a cold Pepsi Cola. Surviving in addition to his sons and their wives are 4 grandchildren Kenneth Jr (Madison) Michael Odom, Brandon and Jonathan.

Funeral services in celebration of his life will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday October 12, 2018 in the chapel of Jacksonville Memory Gardens. Visitation for Family members and friends will gather immediately prior to the service at 9:30. Marvin will be laid to rest in the Garden of the Good Shepherd at Jacksonville Memory Gardens.
