John Roach officiating. Interment will follow at Sabine Cemetery under the direction of Caudle-Rutledge-Daugherty Funeral Home in Lindale, Texas.

Carolyn passed away Thursday, October 11, 2018 in Tyler, Texas. She was born March 20, 1952 in Lindale, Texas to the late Lawrence and Goldia Lee (Wilkins) Morris. Carolyn was a lifetime resident of the Lindale area where she managed several convenience stores over the years.

Carolyn dearly loved classic country music and spending time with her family and grandchildren. She is preceded in death by brothers, James and William Morris. Carolyn is survived by daughters, Cherrie Morris of Tyler, Texas and Goldie Romo and husband, Victor of Lindale, Texas; brothers, Ben Morris of Lindale, Texas and Larry Morris of Winnsboro, Texas; Sisters, Francis Walden of Seattle, Washington and Laura Daughtry and husband, Max of Winnsboro, Texas; grandchildren, Jessica Romo, Justin Morris, Johnathon Morris, Kristi Romo, and Christian Romo; great granddaughter, Emma Yielding; numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Pallbearers will be Rachel Blair, Mike Gibson, Christian Romo, Justin Morris, Max Daughtry and Richard Hernandez. Family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Saturday, October 13, 2018 at Caudle-Rutledge-Daugherty Funeral Home in Lindale, Texas.
