CHAMPAGNE, Catherine L. (Chabot), 62, passed away on Thursday, November 15, 2018 at Kent Hospital. She was the beloved wife of 30 years to Roger R. Champagne. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of Wilfred Chabot and the late Lois Brunelle (Chabot) and stepdaughter of the late Raymond Brunelle.

Catherine was a school bus driver for 32 years with the Town of Coventry before retiring in 2016. She really enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Besides her husband, she leaves two children, Dawn M. Hulsebus and her husband Brian of Cranston, Kristy L. Maciel and her husband Lionel of West Greenwich.

A brother Michael Chabot and his wife Missy of Mobile, Alabama; three sisters, Janet Colozzo and her husband Tom of Coventry, Carol Chabot of Coventry and Lisa Dufault and her husband Glenn of Portsmouth, RI and six grandchildren, Brandon Hulsebus, Austin Maciel, Brianna Huselbus, Gage Carlow, Dylan Maciel and Jaiden Ramirez-Donovan. Her Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, November 21, 2018 at 10:00 am in the IANNOTTI Funeral Home, 415 Washington St. (Rte. 117), Coventry.

Interment will be in SS. Peter & Paul Cemetery, Coventry. Visiting hours Tuesday 4-7 pm.
