Obituary for Cecil Wayne “Tank” Patterson Cecil Wayne “Tank” Patterson entered his heavenly home on July 11, 2018 at the age of 61. He was born on November 29, 1956 in Muskogee, Oklahoma to parents, Carl and Dorothy Patterson. Tank graduated from Warner High School in 1975 and married Melissa Ramirez in September of that year.

He is survived by his wife, Melissa; sons, J.R., Cory and his wife Kim; brothers, Carl Jr. and wife June of Edmond, Kendall and wife Twyla of Warner; sisters, Marilyn Hull and husband Larry of Tulsa, Nancy Morris of Warner; half-brother, Shelby Lee Raines of Braggs; and sister-in-law, Anita Patterson of Warner. Tank is also survived by eight grandchildren; many nieces and nephews, including his niece, Kimberly Patterson, who helped him through every step of his illness. He was preceded in death by his parents; and his brother, Dale.

Private family services are planned. The family would like to express a special “Thank you” to Saint Francis Hospital in Tulsa and Brentwood Nursing Home in Muskogee for the excellent care that they provided Tank during his illness.
