Charles Edward Brewer of Pauls Valley, Oklahoma was born to Herbert and Violet Lavonia (Jernigan) Brewer on January 24, 1944 in Seminole, Oklahoma and passed from this life on January 26, 2019 in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma at the age of 75 years. Charles grew up and attended school in Pauls Valley and later attended East Central University in Ada, Oklahoma. After retiring as a correctional counselor for Joseph Harp Correctional Center in Lexington, Oklahoma, Charles also worked for Whitebead Elementary and the city of Pauls Valley.

In his spare time, Charles enjoyed tube fishing, the outdoors, music, and falconry. He loved OU football and was a Green Bay Packers fan. Mr. Brewer is survived by: Son: Greg Brewer and wife April of Las Vegas, Nevada Brother: Herbert David Brewer and wife Frieda of Pauls Valley, Oklahoma Sister: Virginia Bates and husband Carter of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma 2 grandchildren: Gavin and River Mr. Brewer was preceded in death by: His parents: Herbert and Lavonia Brewer Memorial services are scheduled for 11:00 a.m., Thursday, January 31, 2019 at the Wooster Funeral Home Chapel.
