Charles D. Hoch May 15, 1940 – May 13, 2018 Charles D. Hoch, 77, Michigan City, Indiana, passed away Sunday, May 13, 2018 at 9:20 am in University of Chicago Hospital, Chicago, IL. Private family services will be conducted. Burial will take place in Swan Lake Memorial Gardens.

The Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel, Michigan City, IN is handling arrangements. He was born May 15, 1940 in Chicago, Illinois to the late Charles A. and Catherine (McCarthy) Hoch. On August 17, 1968 in Chicago, IL he married Grace Trejo who survives in Michigan City, IN.

Also surviving are five Sons, Charles E. (Bridget) Hoch of Chesterton, IN, Stephen Hoch of Michigan City, IN, Michael (Stacy) Hoch of West Lafayette, IN, Jason Hoch of Michigan City, IN and David Hoch of Michigan City, IN; 7 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; and his brother, Stephen Hoch of Madison, WI. Charles retired as a truck driver at Tandem Trucking. He adored his grandchildren, loved pit bulls and enjoyed traveling.
