Charles W. White, Sr., 77, passed away peacefully on January 27, 2019. He was born on November 24, 1941 to the late Shirley and Cora White. Charles was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles, American Legion 180 and Masonic Lodge 218.

He is preceded in death by his parents; his wife Ailsa White; his brother Virgil W. Hale; and sister Sharon Perry. Charles is survived by his son Warren (Sherry) White, Jr.; daughters Veronica”Gale”(John) Livers, Pamela Breaden; brother James S. White; sister Wanda Ramey; four grandchildren and two great grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Kosair Charities, 982 Eastern Parkway Louisville, KY 40217.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 1, 2019 at 1:00pm at Ratterman Funeral Home, 3711 Lexington Road, “in St. Matthews”.
