Charlotte was born April 14, 1938 in Murchison, LA to Clifford and Lillie Smith Walker. Charlotte is survived by her daughter and spouse: Joy and Scott Railsback of Doss, TX Five grandchildren Seven great grandchildren Sister and spouse: Bonnie and Curtis Burris Graveside services and interment will be held on Monday January 7th at 2:00 p.m. in the Harper Community Cemetery.
