MADISON-Christopher Lee DiLorenzo II, age 22, of Madison, passed away on Saturday, April 7, 2018, at SSM Health-St. Mary’s Hospital. He was born on July 20, 1995, in Madison, the son of Christopher DiLorenzo and Kristina DiLorenzo-Gorman. Christopher was an amazing fun loving child with a beautiful smile and a great sense of humor.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Lynda (Fisher) Gorman; and step-paternal grandfather, Dave Simmons; and great grandparents Vincent and Marilyn Di Lorenzo.

Funeral services will be held at GUNDERSON EAST FUNERAL AND CREMATION CARE, 5203 Monona Dr., Madison, at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, April 11, 2018. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 2:30 p.m. until the time of the service on Wednesday. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to suicide prevention services.
