Cindy Lee Drob, 58, of Albemarle, passed away on Monday, May 14, 2018. Ms. Drob was born on December 22, 1959 in Waltham, MA to the late Edward Francis Wedge and the late Nancy Jane Emmetts Wedge. The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM, Saturday, May 19, 2018 at Hartsell Funeral Home of Albemarle.

A memorial service will follow at 11:00 AM in the Hartsell Funeral Home’s Lefler Memorial Chapel. Survivors include son and daughter-in-law, Matthew and Chelsea Drob of Apex, NC; daughter and son-in-law, Aimee Drob and Christopher Cannon of Astoria, NY; brothers, Stephen Wedge and family of Mebane, NC and Norman Wedge and family of Waterbury, VT. She is also survived by her “fur children” Sophie, Vince, Phil, and Boo.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Stanly County Family YMCA, 427 North First Street, Albemarle, NC 28001. Hartsell Funeral Home of Albemarle is serving the Drob family. Online condolences may be made at www.
