Obituary for Clarance “Skip” Eccleston Clarance “Skip” Eccleston, loving husband, father, and grandfather, passed away on Friday, April 13th 2018. Skip was born in Conneaut, Ohio to Edmund and Martha Eccleston on November 24th, 1944. Skip began college at the University of Arizona before entering into the Army for twelve years, where he entered into a position as a Communications Specialist for the White House during the Johnson administration before transitioning into civilian life.

Skip is survived by his wife Joyce, his brothers Mike, Charles, and Manuel, his sisters Marie and Sandra, his son Justin, and his granddaughter Kristen. Skip joins his son Brian Jason and his daughter Julie in the afterlife. At this time the family is planning a small service for a later date, and asks that in lieu of gifts or flowers, a donation be given to the Cancer Research Institute.
