Obituary of Clara Ricks Clara Ricks, 95, Gas City, passed away at 12:43 a.m. on Tuesday, January 8, 2019, at Twin City Healthcare Center in Gas City. She was born in New Castle to Calvin C. and Amanda V. (Watt) Todd, Sr., on September 18, 1923, and was married to John Ricks. He preceded her in death.

Clara retired from Farnsworth and also cleaned houses on the side. She enjoyed playing Bingo, mowing her yard, but especially spending time with her family. She is survived by her sister, Ruby Liston, who also lives in Gas City.

Also preceding her in death were six brothers and sisters. In accordance with Clara’s wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral service. Burial will take place at a later date at Gardens of Memory.
