Cliifford C. Osborne 74, died Wednesday June 13, 2018 at Havencrest Nursing Center. . Born March 18, 1944 at Charleroi Monessen Hospital a son of the late Alfred S. and Hazel R. Payne Osborne, In addition to his parents Clifford was preceded in death by a brother Alfred E. Osborne of Rochester, N.Y. A 1962 Graduate of Rostraver High School, Clifford worked for Rostraver Township Road Department retiring in 2009.

Left to cherish his memory are His daughter Christine of Pasadena, California, 5 brothers; Wendell of Portsmouth, Va. ,Jerry of Washington, D.C., Larry of Belle Vernon, Pa. , Daniel of Manassas, Va.
