Clinton’s Obituary Clinton H. Finley Jr, 73, of Wichita Falls, went into the arms of his Savior on January 27, 2019. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 30, 2019 from 5 until 6 pm at Owens & Brumley Funeral Home in Wichita Falls. Memorial services will be held on Thursday, January 31, 2019, at 10am at Western Hills Baptist Church, with Rev.

Rick Allen officiating. He will be laid to rest, on his Birthday, at Highland Cemetery in Iowa Park, TX. Clinton was born on January 31, 1945, in Wichita Falls, TX.

In 1966, Clint joined the U.S. Navy. After serving his country, he opened Clint’s TV which he owned until retirement. Clint loved playing music with his brothers, nephews and friends.

If he wasn’t practicing or playing, he was hitting up folks for his next “gig”. Finishing his testimony, God allowed Clint to have a sound mind and the ability to tell his family and friends his love for God, his love for them, and the joy he had knowing he would see them again in Heaven. With his family gathered around him, he said he was ready, and went to his Heavenly home.

He was preceded in death by his father, Clinton Finley Sr; his mother, Jewel Denny; and his brother, Ronnie Finley. Clint is survived by his loving wife of 36 years, Rita Finley; two children; Jimbo Davis and wife Monica, Zita Johnston and husband Joseph; his grandchildren, Matt, Lauren, Donnie, Kaila, Gavin, Jordan and Jarrett; two great-grandchildren, Natalie and Grayson; and his Finley brothers, David and wife Marilyn, Thomas and wife Barbara, Kerry and wife Becky; sister Jane Scott and husband William.
