Constance A Miller April 02, 1933 – December 16, 2018 Share this obituary Send Flowers Sign Guestbook| View Guest Book Entries| Send Private Condolences Constance “Connie” (nee Schwartz) Miller, 85, of Dumont passed away peacefully, joining the angels on December 16, 2018. She was born in Jersey City to Mildred and John Schwartz in 1933. After raising five children in Dumont, Connie and her husband George moved to Brick to enjoy life near the ocean before a move to the Poconos.

After declaring they didn’t want to see snow again they moved to their favorite location in Bullhead City, AZ, where they amazed neighbors by keeping a green lawn and a fish pond in the desert heat. A few years ago they returned to Dumont to be nearer to family. Surviving are daughters, Chris Bischoff (Dave Cardozo) of Dumont and Phyllis Daniels (Jeff) of Brick, and a son, Michael (Ann Marie Serfass) of Pocono Summitt , PA.

Also surviving are seven grandchildren: Bryan, Adam, Jeffrey, Andrew, Matthew, Brittni and Kayla and one great granddaughter, Margot Bischoff. Connie was predeceased by her husband George of 65 years and also by a daughter, Debra Leary, and a son, Glenn. Family members shared loving remembrances as they sat with Connie during her final hours.
