Obituary for Constance J Burton Constance J. “Connie” Burton, 77, of Wadesville, IN passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 16, 2018 at the Terrace at Solarbron surrounded by her loving family. Connie was born November 18, 1940 in Evansville to the late Harry and Mary (Egan) Jones. She worked as a teller for Permanent Federal and later Old National Bank for a total of 26 years.

Connie was a member of Memorial Baptist Church on Marx Road. Surviving Connie are her husband of 62 years, Larry Burton; two daughters, Sherri (Jerry) Brasher of Chandler, IN and Terri (Rick) Kitchen of Columbia, TN; one son, Tim (Danny Case) Burton of Muncie, IN; a brother, Robert (Robin) Jones of Newburgh; grandchildren, Corey Brasher, Brittiany Sterritt, Ben Brasher and Brooke Pack; great grandchildren, Dakota Johnson, Bowen Johnson, Zachary Eckels, Elijah Brasher, Isaiah Brasher, Everett Brasher, Elise Brasher, Brett Brasher, Celia Brasher, Joshua Brasher, Sophia Pack and Austin Pack, as well as special friends, Karen and Bob Krohn and their children, Dylan, Vanessa and Evan. In addition to her parents, Connie was preceded in death by her sister, Carolyn Crowley.

Funeral services for Connie will be held at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, June 20, 2018 at Pierre Funeral Home, Brother Dennis Gibson officiating. Entombment will follow in Memorial Park Mausoleum. Friends may visit with the family from 10:00 AM until service time on Wednesday at Pierre Funeral Home.
