Obituary for Jeffrey Lynn Leneave Jeffrey Lynn Leneave, 55, of Evansville, passed away Thursday, June 14, 2018 at Deaconess Hospital Midtown Campus. Jeff is survived by his wife, Ann Leneave; two daughters, Sonya and Erika Persinger; two grandchildren, Lyric Nix and Tyson Decker, as well as many other loving family members. The family would like to thank the staff of Deaconess ICU 2900 for their kind and compassionate care.
