Richard Gerhard Milligan, age 59, of Evansville, IN, passed away at 11:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 5, 2018, at home. Richard was born September 27, 1958, to the late Robert Dean Milligan and to Anna (Thoma) O’Bryan. He graduated from Bosse High School and was a Veteran of the United States Army.

Richard was passionate about music and especially loved Rock & Roll. His sports teams were Alabama Crimson Tide and Kentucky Wild Cats. Richard’s favorite things to do included spending time with his daughter, Rikki, playing with his cats, going to rock concerts, and cruising around in his Camaro.

He is survived by his beloved daughter, Rikki Milligan; ex-wife, Rhonda Milligan; mother, Anna (Thoma) O’Bryan; sisters, Marilyn Market (Michael) of Henderson, KY and Carmen Dill of Evansville; brothers, Kenneth Dean Milligan of Evansville; nieces and nephews; and his beloved pets, Princess, Mary Jane, and Doobie Brother. He is preceded in death by his father, Robert Dean Milligan and step-father, James O’Bryan. Celebration of Life is open to all family and friends and will be held at 3:00 p.m., Saturday June 16, 2018.

Join us for his celebration of life at Wesselman Park Shelter House. Flowers and donations accepted. Burial will be Private.

Arrangements are being handled by Boone Funeral Home – A Family Tradition Funeral Home, 5330 Washington Avenue, Evansville, IN.
