Constance J. Neering Bay City, Michigan Constance J. Neering, 80, passed away peacefully at her home on November 28, 2018. She was born April 20, 1938 in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan to the late Forest & Alice (Williamson) Whaley.

Constance married Gerald Neering on September 30, 1989 in Kawkawlin Community Church, he survives her. Constance loved vacationing in the West Virginia Mountains with the girls and spending time with family and friends. She is survived by Daughter; Wendy… Read More » (Rick) Maida, Step-children; Michael (Keri) Neering, Mary (Greg) Burt, Linda (Darrin) Hartley, Karrey Neering; 14 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, brother and sister in laws, and many nieces and nephews.

Constance was preceded in death by a daughter Lori and son in law Bud Winchell ; grandson Derek Burt and sister Billie Vodicka. Following Connie’s wishes no Services are planned at this time, arrangements are entrusted to Rivertown Funeral Chapel.
