Cordella “Pee Wee” M. Davis, age 76 of Massillon, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, October 03, 2018. She was born on January 31, 1942 in Massillon. She was 1960 graduate of Washington High School.

Cordella worked as a Ward Clerk in the Emergency Room for Aultman Hospital for over 20 years until her retirement. She was a life member of Shiloh Baptist Church, where enjoyed worshiping and praising the Lord and where she received an award for her Missionary Work. She also enjoyed Bingo, her beloved dogs Chippy and Charlotte.

She was also known for her volunteer work at St. Joseph Church Soup Kitchen. Cordella touched many lives with her kindness and generosity and she never knew a stranger. She leaves to cherish her memory her sisters Lula “Sue” Trammell and Juanita (Tyrone) McFadden-Hill; her brother Gerald (Eddie Mae) Harris; her aunts Ira Jean Clark and Delores Holloway; her uncle Cornelius (Carole) Clark; her special friends The Honorable Judge Edward (Margaret) Elum, Jennette and Paul Elum, Bonnie (Robert) Rhoden and family, Judy Woods, William “Bill” Matthews of California, Darlene Torrence, Ruth Rogers and family and a host of special nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Cordella was preceded in death by her parents; sister Jean Ann Atwood; her brother Johnny T. McFadden and her 2 nephews Terrell Atwood and Donald Ray York. A Homegoing Celebration will be held at Shiloh Baptist Church in Massillon on Saturday, October 13, 2018 at 12 noon. Pastor Anthony M. Robinson Sr. will be officiating.

The family will receive friends at the Paquelet Funeral Home on Friday, October 12, 2018 from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. and 1 hour prior to the service at the church. The family would like to thank the staff of Aultman Hospital, Hanover House Healthcare Center and Aultman/Woodlawn Compassionate Care Center. For more information go to www.
