Obituary for Cruz Angel Ramirez Cruz Angel Ramirez, 40, died Monday October 29, 2018 at his home in Garden City, Kansas . He was born October 12, 1978 in Weslaco, Texas the son of Cruz Pedro & Maria de Jesus (Salazar) Ramirez. Cruz was raised in Mercedes, Texas.

He married Dorothy SanJuan in Garden City, Kansas in 1999. They later divorced but remained good friends. They had three children- Nicholas, Daisy & Hailey Ramirez.

They survive. Other survivors include his father, three siblings; Steven Ramirez, Peter Ramirez and Krystal Urteaga & numerous nieces and nephews . He was preceded in death by his mother.

His hobbies included drawing and riding dirt bikes. He was an avid Dallas Cowboy fan. He loved food especially when someone else cooked.

The family suggests memorials to the Cruz Angel Ramirez Memorial Fund.
