Crystal Jo Olson, age 33 of Le Sueur, died suddenly due to an accident on Sunday, March 3, 2019 in Le Sueur. Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, March 10, 2019 at the Caribou Gun Club south of Le Sueur from 1:00 p.m. ~ 4:00 p.m. Burial will be in Dresselville Cemetery, Le Sueur County. Crystal was born on September 5, 1985 to Scott and Susan (Ellanson) Olson in Dalhart, Texas.

She grew up in Le Center, MN and graduated from Le Center High School in 2005. After high school she attended Regency Hair and Cosmetology School in Minneapolis. She worked for several years as a Para Professional at Zumbrota High School and more recently Le Sueur-Henderson High School.

She enjoyed her time with her kids and boyfriend Jeremy Pumper. She especially enjoyed riding horses, camping, baking, and doing crafts. She and Jeremy were very active and supported the Highview Ranch and Stable near Le Sueur.

Crystal is survived by her children, Delanie & Carson Lobatos of Le Sueur; parents, Russ and Susan Wolfe of Le Sueur; siblings, Holly Vinkemeier of Le Sueur, and Scott Olson of Zumbrota, MN; grandparents, Connie & Gordy Ellanson of Le Center; and nieces and nephews, Wyatt & Gavin Vinkemeier, and Kallie Olson. She is preceded in death by her boyfriend, Jeremy Pumper; father, Scott Olson; and grandparents, Palmer and Rosie Olson.
