David Leroy Waugh October 17, 1948 – March 01, 2019 Share this obituary Sign Guestbook| Memorial Donation David Leroy Waugh, age 70, a resident of Taholah, died on March 1, 2019, at Tacoma General Hospital. Mr. Waugh was born on October 17, 1948, in Everett, Washington to Larry Leroy and Lennah Marie (Phipps) Waugh. At an early age, he moved with his family to the Moclips area.

He had worked as a shingle sawyer in various shake mills and for the past 30 years, as a butcher for Quinault Pride. He enjoyed the outdoors, camping, fishing, outside cooking and playing horseshoes. He was an avid pool player and belonged to numerous leagues.

A celebration of life will be held at 12:00 Noon Saturday, March 9, 2019, at the Seagate in Pacific Beach. Cremation arrangements are by Coleman Mortuary in Hoquiam. Please take a few moments to record your thoughts for the family by signing the online register at www.
