Winters, Sr. and Marie L. Pisanelli Winters, who survives. Besides her mother, she is survived by her children, Crystal Delanoy, Miranda Delanoy, Wesley Ruff, Jr., Brianna Ruff, grandson, Daniel , brothers, William R. Winters, Jr.(Rudy), Wallace P. Winters, and a sister, April Winters.
