Obituary for Edward Bastone Edward Bastone, 82, of Wappingers Falls, passed away Sunday, July 1, 2018 at home. He was born in the Bronx April 18, 1936, the son of Pietro Bastone and Maria Reda. He was predeceased by his wife, Dorothy Morrison Bastone on April 26, 2004.

Mr. Bastone was employed at IBM in White Plains since 1962 as a Programmer. He was a member of the Italian Center, Poughkeepsie, and served in the National Guard Reserve. Surviving are his children, Dennis Ambrosio (Maria), of Wappingers Falls, Dorothy Ambrosio-Bernal (Rick) of Poughkeepsie, Marla Bastone (Tom Jones) of Ulster Park, Grandchildren, Mark, Nicole, Vincent, and Tyler.

He was predeceased by a sister, Fran Pasqua. Friends may call at the Delehanty Funeral Home 64 E. Main St., Wappingers Falls, Monday from 1 to 4 PM. Services will be held tuesday at the funeral home AT 10:00 am Entombment Community Mausoleum, Poughkeepsie Rural Cemetery.
