Deborah’s Obituary Deborah Ann Overbay, age 62, of Middlesboro, Kentucky passed away on Tuesday, February 26, 2019, at the Hazard ARH Hospital. She was born September 12, 1956, in Middlesboro, KY, the daughter of the late Claude and Beatrice Overbay. She was a kind, caring and understanding woman who loved her children, grandchildren and family.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Jack Overbay and Jimmy Overbay. She is survived by the following members of her family: Daughter, Angela (Brandon) Russell; Son, Timothy Buckles; Grandchildren, Braxton Russell, Emma Buckles and Atrail Buckles. Brothers and Sisters, Ira Overbay, Tona Overbay (Ricky) Turner and Marilyn Overbay; Sister-in-laws, Linda and Pam; and Special Friend and Son-in-law, Brandon Russell.

And a host of other loving relatives and friends. The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Friday, March 1, 2019 at the Noetown Mountain Assembly Church. The family will conduct a memorial service at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, March 1, 2019 at the Noetown Mountain Assembly Church with the Rev.
