Born September 28, 1930 to the late James Howard and Maude Middleton Howard, Mrs. Goins was originally from Harlan, Kentucky and has been a devoted member of the Church of Christ since childhood. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde Goins, Sr.; son, Larry Goins; granddaughter, Rebecca Goins Lopez; nieces, Susan and Teresa Howard; and brother, Reed.

She is survived by her sons, Alan and Clyde, Jr.; grandchildren, Calie Goins, Trey Goins and Caelyn Asher; great grandchildren, Kamble MacIntyre and Makayla Watlington Dixon; and great grandson-in-law, Bobby Dixon, along with a host of adopted children and grandchildren. Though we know she rests peacefully in the arms of the Lord and is rejoicing in her reunion with loved ones, she will be greatly missed by all of those whose lives she touched during her time here on earth. We pray her legacy will be carried on by each of us.
