Debra’s Obituary Debra Lea Moses, 59 of Oil City, Louisiana passed away on February 4, 2019. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM on Friday, February 8, 2019 at Gorsulowsky Funeral Home in Vivian, LA officiated by Rev. Frank Carroll.

Burial will follow at Lakeview Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Oil City, LA. There will be a time of visitation from 6-8 PM on Thursday the 7th at the funeral home. Debra was born on December 22, 1959 in Baton Rouge, LA to Charles and Carolyn Luce.

She was a member of Broadmoor Baptist Church in Shreveport, LA. She was a certified Louisiana Master Gardener. She loved photography, sewing and enjoyed baking bread.

She loved her dogs and cats. She is preceded in death by her mother, Carolyn Luce, her grandmother, Josephine Law Gholson, and niece Tory Luce. She is survived by her husband of 30 years Randy Moses of Oil City, LA, her father, Charles Luce of Blanchard, LA, her daughter Dixie Lea Hernandez and husband Ramone of San Antonio, TX, her sister, Leslie Kile and husband Mike of Olla, LA, and her brother, Tony Luce of Shreveport, LA.

She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
