Donald Bullock Ellis March 18, 1929 – November 17, 2018 Donald Bullock Ellis, 89, passed away at home on November 17, 2018. He was born March 18, 1929 to Jessie and Naomi Ellis at the Miners Hospital in Park City. He graduated from Ogden High School in 1949 where he was involved in swimming, ROTC and baseball.

He married Patsy Preece on May 4, 1950. Don was a finish carpenter who made beautiful things that his family treasure. He learned the trade from his father and passed on his knowledge of craftsmanship to his sons.

Don was an avid golfer and made many friends in his time on the golf course. The Ellis family loved to spend time together riding their horses. He was a Navy veteran.

Don is survived by his wife Patsy and his two sons, Jerry (Kay) and Adam (Karen). He is also survived by five grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. Don was preceded in death by his parents and siblings, his sons Gary Ellis and Darwin Ellis, and great grandson, Jayden Ellis.

The family would like to thank Hearts for Hospice and Home Health for their care during Don’s final days. Friends and family are invited to a viewing at Myers Mortuary, 845 Washington Blvd, Monday, November 26, 2018 from 6 to 8PM.
