Donald E. Lowe Donald E. Lowe, 96, of Washington died January 9, 2019 at Eagle Pointe. He was born on September 8, 1922 in Belleville, WV and was the son the late Millard J. and Alice Grim Lowe. Donald worked for Lubeck Public Service for over 20 years and Moellendick Dairy Farm for over 30 years.

Donald is survived by his daughter, Sharon A. Lowe of Washington, WV and one sister, Judith Farnsworth of Minerva, OH. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Betty M. Lowe; one son, Donald A. Lowe; and two sisters, Delberta Richards and Julia Webb. The family would like to specially thank Eagle Pointe staff and specifically the Alzheimer’s Unit for the care they provided.

Funeral services will be Saturday, January 12, 2019, 11:00 am at the Leavitt Funeral Home of Parkersburg, Pastor Leon Valentine officiating. Burial will at Evergreen Cemetery South, Monday, January 14, 2019 at 10:00 am. Visitation will be held Friday, January 11, 2019, 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm and one hour prior to the service Saturday at Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg, WV.
