Donna Kay Holland December 04, 1943 – March 02, 2019 Share this obituary Send Sympathy Gifts View/Sign Guest Book| Send Sympathy Card Donna Kay Holland, 75 passed peacefully in her sleep Saturday, March 2, 2019 at the age of 75 years. Donna was born in Erick, Oklahoma to her parents Hezekiah and Della Mae (Davis) Luman December 4, 1943. Donna attended Erick High School and received her GED in 1971.

She and her husband Glenn were married August 19, 1960 in Sayre, OK. She was a wonderful mother and housewife as well as working as a waitress at Cal’s. Donna has been a longtime resident of Erick with the exception of several years residing in Panhandle, TX.

Writing poetry, gardening and sewing were many of Donna’s hobbies. She received the certificate of excellence for her poem “Corky” in the Great Poems of the Western World. Donna enjoyed fishing, camping and reading her Bible as well.

Donna’s greatest accomplishments were being a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She loved her family dearly. She leaves behind her husband of over 58 years, Glenn Holland; son, Steven Holland and wife Becky of Midland, TX; daughter, LaDonna Reining and husband Patrick of Panhandle, TX; son, Larry Holland of San Angelo, TX, daughter, Amber Holland and fiancé’ Jason Contreras of San Angelo, TX; special friend, Rhonda Holland of Sterling City, TX; 9 grandchildren: Melissa, Megan, Tiphanie, Lauren Jade, Alyssa, Kendra, Kristofer, Makayla and Arianna; and 7 great-grandchildren: Seth, Ty, Riley, Aiden, Jaylynn, Faith and Aiyden as well as a host of longtime friends and neighbors.

Funeral Services will be held 2:00 PM, Wednesday, March 6, 2019 at Texola Baptist Church with Brother Charlie Floyd officiating. Interment will follow at Erick Cemetery. Visitation will be held Tuesday, March 5, 2019 from 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM at Fatheree-Albert Funeral Home in Erick, OK.
