Obituary for Douglas S. Styles Douglas S Styles March 05 1944-September 18 2018 Douglas was born in Manistique Michigan. They moved to Gaylord Michigan shortly after he was born. He graduated from Gaylord High School in 1962.

He then attended Stout University of Wisconsin. Later he married Donna Payton of Gaylord December 30 1965. He served three years in the United States Army.

He returned home in 1969 to Gaylord Michigan where he raised his seven children and many foster children. He was employed by Standard Products for sixteen years. He retired from there in 1998 when he moved to Florida for the duration of his life.

He was a hunter, fisher, and a lover. He loved his children and grandchildren so much. He never met a stranger, and there wasn’t a person that didn’t like him.

He was proceeded in death by his parents Helen and Stan Styles and his daughter Melanie Fenley. He is survived by his wife of 52 years. His children Mark and Susan, Brian and Elizabeth, Kevin, Joy and Don, Aaron and Samantha, and Melinda and Harley.

His grandchildren ,Asia,Ashley,Katelin,Dustin,Vance,Brytanie,Bryanna,Keegan,Tyler,Joshua,Jackson,Emma, Ava,Rowan,McKenzie,Jedidiah,William,Maleigha,Ryker. His brother Greg and Glenda Styles and sister Diane Ottero and his six nieces and nephews. There will be a memorial in Gaylord Michigan on his behalf at a later date.
