Edgar’s Obituary Edgar George Leachman, 71, died Tuesday, March 5, 2019 in Charleston, South Carolina. Born in Buckhannon, WV, he was a son of the late Edgar G. and Mary Virginia (Smith) Leachman. Survivors include his loving wife, Janis L (Peters) Leachman; 2 sons, Brian Leachman (Keri), Gregg Leachman (Jennifer); 2 daughters, Kelli Leachman, Mandi Ralph (Daniel); 11 grandchildren, Alyssa Leachman, Jacob Leachman, Jonathan Mayzak, Nathan Leachman, Matthew Mayzak, Lexi Mayzak, Brian Cade Leachman, Haylee Leachman, Bentley Leachman, Ellison Stenger; 3 great-grandchildren, Jayce, Charlotte, Blakley; 2 sisters, Sue Yates, Linda Finney, and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation at Myrtle Beach Funeral Home, 4505 Hwy. 17 Bypass South, Myrtle Beach, SC will be Saturday, March 9 from 3:00 – 5:00 PM. A Celebration of Life service will be held immediately following visitation at the funeral home.
