Edith’s Obituary AUCOMPAUGH, Edith – of Burton, age 85, passed away May 26, 2019 at Hurley Medical Center. A Funeral Service will be held 11 AM Saturday, June 1, 2019 at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 Davison Rd. , Davison; Pastor Jan Duce officiating.

Burial will be in Flint Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be 11 AM – 2 PM and 4-7 PM Friday and 10 AM until time of service on Saturday. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Lung Association.

Edith was born on March 14, 1934, daughter of the late Bradford and Annie Yates. She married Gerald Aucompaugh on June 8, 1957 and he preceded her in death on December 2, 2013. Edith was a member of Richfield Church of the Nazarene.

She enjoyed cooking for family and friends, crocheting and taking care of her flowers. Edith is survived by her sons, Bruce and Brian; granddaughters, Christine and Catherine; sister, Vickie McCane; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Geneva Greig and Hazel Atkin; two brothers, Mike and Ralph Yates.
