Edward L. “Ed” Norman, Jr., 59, of Scottsville, KY passed away Sunday, June 10, 2018 at the Hospice House of Southern Kentucky. The Scottsville, KY native was a retired employee of General Motors and U. S. Army veteran and has been faithful to put American flags at veterans graves in several local cemeteries over the past few years. He was a son of the late Edward L. Norman, Sr. and Christine Blanche Ann Fulcher Beach.

He is survived by his companion: Jennetta Stinson, Scottsville, KY; 1 son: Brad Norman, Huntington, WV; 2 special daughters: JoAnna Crossfield and husband, Hunter, Scottsville, KY; Jesse Katzman, Bowling Green, KY; 1 sister: Christie Wade and husband, Gary, Scottsville, KY; A special sister: Pennie Hodges, Westmoreland, TN; 1 half brother; 1 half sister; A niece: Hilary Martinez and husband, Juan, Scottsville, KY; 2 great nephews: Wil Anderson, Henderson, KY and Chase Martinez, Scottsville, KY; 2 great nieces: Audrey Martinez and Lili Elmore, both of Scottsville, KY; 2 special grandsons: Chance Akin and Declan Crossfield. He was preceded in death by a niece: Betty Anderson and Jennetta’s daughter: Erica Bunch. Cremation was chosen and there will be no visitation or service at this time.

In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may take form of donations for funeral expenses. Donations may be made at Goad Funeral Home.
