Teressa Kay Atnip, 54, of Scottsville, KY passed away Sunday, June 10, 2018 at her residence. The Scottsville, KY native was a homemaker and former factory worker and member of East Willow Street Church of God. She was a daughter of Jimmy William Brown and Linda Kay Reels Short, who survive.

She is survived by 1 son: Brian Atnip and wife, Brittany, Bowling Green, KY; 1 daughter: Dana Stephens, Scottsville, KY; Her mother: Linda Reels Short, Scottsville, KY; Her father: Jimmy Brown, Scottsville, KY; 1 brother: MSgt. Daniel D. Short, Destin, FL; 1 sister: Jamie Wright, Scottsville, KY; 1 grandson: Jayden Stephens; She was preceded in death by her step dad: Tim Short. Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Thursday, June 14, 2018 at Goad Funeral Home with Bro.

Danny Patrick and Bro. Keith Patrick officiating and burial in Crescent Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be after 12:Noon Wednesday at Goad Funeral Home.
