Obituary for Eileen Hupfer Eileen Hupfer, 92, of Evansville passed away Wednesday, October 17, 2018, at Heritage Center. She was born September 12, 1926 to the late Alma (Schmitt) and Jacob Moers. She was one of 14 children.

Eileen was an active member of Holy Redeemer Catholic Church where she received the Bruté Society Award. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother who was very involved in the lives of her grandchildren. Eileen and her husband Harold were generous benefactors to the Sisters of St. Benedict and St. Meinrad Archabbey in Ferdinand, IN.

Eileen is survived by her children, Dr. Tim Hupfer (Gini) of Indianapolis, Dr. Janet Kelley (Bill Ferguson) of Marietta, GA, Mark (Lisa) Hupfer of Indianapolis; grandchildren, Joseph , Michelle, Jennifer, Julie Kelley and Christine (Rahman) Ramie, Matthew, Daniel, Ryan and Will Hupfer; sister, Rosalie Kirchoff and Jean (Paul) Sammet; brother, Ralph (Carol) Moers; and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 66 years, Harold Hupfer; brothers and sisters, Louise Kennedy, Irma Weil, Frances Kuester, John Jack Moers, Mildred Stout, Robert Moers, Catherine Moers, Mary Laymon, Betty Jo Touya, and Jerry Moers. Visitation will be from 9:00 am to 11:00 am Saturday, October 20, 2018, at Ziemer Funeral Home North Chapel, 6300 N. First Ave.

, Evansville, IN 47710. A Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 11:30 am at the Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, 918 W. Mill Rd. , Evansville, IN 47710 with Fr.

Jason Gries officiating. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made to Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, 918 W.
