Elaine Marie Voss Pepper, 76, resident of 313 Manning Road, widow of Gerald Stanley Pepper, passed away Thursday, May 10, 2018, at her home. Born May 11, 1941, in Detroit, MI, she was a daughter of the late Wesley and Janet Westphal Voss. She was a graduate of Denby High School in Detroit and was retired from Goody’s Department Store.

She was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church. Surviving are a daughter, Kristin and husband Michael Brown of Greenwood; a son,… Read More » Kenneth Gerald and wife Gina Pepper of Laurens; four grandchildren, Nikki Craine, Rebecca Pepper, Ethan Pepper and Nell Pepper; a sister, Audrey and husband Elmer Roy of Greenwood; and a brother-in-law, Michael Corcoran of Madison Heights, MI. She was predeceased by a brother, George Voss and a sister, Lorraine Corcoran and her beloved dogs, Gunner, Gretchen, Charlie and Teddy.

Memorial services will be conducted at 11:00 am Tuesday at the Blyth Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Father Timothy Tebalt officiating. The family is at their respective homes and will receive friends at the funeral home immediately following the service.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Humane Society of Greenwood, P.O. Box 49776, Greenwood, SC 29649.
